We are an adult manufactured housing community; offering individual home sights... (land lease); and rentals either yearly or seasonally. We have single and double wide units available for sale or lease. There is one waiting just for you! Within Palm Terrace, you will find lots or citrus trees, a large heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, billiard table, and a horseshoe pit. In this time of rising gas prices, you will be happy to know that Sarasota County Public Transportation (a bus stop) is available at the front entrance to Palm Terrace!
There is a weekly bingo (during season), coffee klatch every Saturday morning, potlucks, trips, parties, card night, pizza parties, ice cream socials, dessert night, Christmas Light tour, outside entertainment, a mystery trip in the spring, a boat trip (with dinner at a seafood restaurant afterwards), crafts and lots of friendly people. You will find yourself busy with all the different functions that are offered.
